Full-time Job Responsibilities
- Job schedules are directly assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, AFM, or Factory Manager.
- Task progress and completion status are reported and reviewed by the Manufacturing Manager.
- Reviewing the condition of existing plant machinery and restoring malfunctioning units back to full automation mode.
- Reviewing and adjusting the maintenance schedule for all existing plant machinery as necessary.
- Review all existing plant equipment condition to performance necessary repairing, calibration and justify current maintenance schedule is the effective practices.
- Reviewing and adjusting the maintenance schedule for all existing plant machinery as necessary.
- Assessing the condition of all existing plant equipment, performing necessary repairs and calibrations, and justifying the current maintenance schedule as effective practice.
- Conducting facility inspections to identify problems and propose preventive measures.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to address critical machine issues.
- Providing ideas to simplify or increase productivity, especially for manual jobs.
- Performing any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Factory Manager.
Qualifications
- Advance Diploma & above certificate in Engineering.
- Minimum 5-year technical support in aerosol/painting/chemical industry.
- Experiences in Project handling, improvement study & problems analysis skills.
- Able to perform evaluation on new raw materials/machine/equipment.
