SAMURAI® specializes in manufacturing 2-part aerosol paint which is a practice of having a mix of resin and hardener within the same spray can. SAMURAI® wide range of products included Truck Bed Liner, Epoxy Marine Surface Primer, Marine Coating, Boat Deck Granular Textured Epoxy Primer, Automobile Body Epoxy Primer etc.

Our SAMURAI® Research and Development team played a pivotal role in developing innovations and catalyst technologies. Mr Ong Yoke En (Ian)

Mr Ong Yoke En (Ian) was appointed to our Board on 9 March 2016 and was last re-elected as Director on 20 July 2017. He has more than 20 years of diverse and strong working experience in the aerosol industry holding leadership positions in various aerosol companies in Malaysia. Mr. Ong Yoke En (Ian) not only spearheads the formation and guidance of our esteemed senior executive team, but also plays a pivotal role in charting the strategic course for our Groups. In addition to his exceptional leadership, he serves as a wellspring of inspiration for our R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation. Notably, Mr. Ong Yoke En (Ian) has contributed significantly to our technological advancements with the invention of groundbreaking products such as the revolutionary 2parts/2K system, the globally renowned Tintatek (the world’s foremost post-filled Aerosol colors system), an aerosol-based mirror coating system, a revolutionary mechanism for zero VOC water-based coatings, and numerous other world-class inventions.

He is also actively involved in the research and development of our Group’s aerosol products and has achieved a major innovation in the production of our dual head 2K/Part system which improves on the user friendliness of an existing technology. Mr Ong Yoke En (Ian) also invented our Group’s single head 2K/Part system which was awarded a gold medal at the ITEX 2016 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by the Malaysian Invention and Design Society. He was also awarded a Special Innovation Award as a recognition of the same invention by The Morroccan Union of Inventors, an affiliate of the International Federation of Inventors’ Associations at Toronto 2016. Mr Ong graduated from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(National University Malaysia) with a Bachelor of Arts in 1993.
