We believe that great talent attracts great talent, and that’s why we’re excited to launch our new Samurai Public Employee Referral Program.

The Samurai Talent Referral Network (STRN) is an official talent sourcing channel created to strengthen our hiring pipeline by leveraging trusted referrals from the public.

This program rewards individuals outside of Samurai 2K Aerosol who successfully refer qualified candidates that lead to a hiring decision.

WHO AND WHAT ROLES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRALS

Public Individuals

Anyone not employed by Samurai 2K Aerosol Sdn Bhd.

Samurai Staff

Internal referrals are covered under the staff referral program.

Ex-employees of Samurai

Not allowed under referral program.

Recruitment Agencies

Not allowed ( falls under separate agreement requirement).

All approved and open positions posted in:

  • Official Samurai Website / Career Portal
  • “STRN Referral Opportunities List” (updated weekly)

HOW THE REFERRAL WORKS

Identify Candidate

You (referrer) introduce a potential candidate who meets the basic job requirements.

Submit Referral Form

Submit candidate details through website or email.

Screening & Interview

HR screens the profile. If shortlisted, HR arranges interview(s) with hiring manager.

Hiring Decision

If selected, HR issues offer letter.

Referral Reward Payout

After the candidate completes required employment duration (below), reward will be released.

Community Onboarding

You will be automatically enrolled as part of the Samurai Community, granting you eligibility to join our corporate activities and access special product discounts.
