JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and ensure the timely completion of operational tasks to meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the seamless execution of processes and workflows.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to track performance, identify trends, and generate insights for process enhancement.
- Prepare regular reports on operations.
- Assist in managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials to support daily operations.
- Coordinate resource allocation based on operational needs and priorities.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products or services meet established standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of operational activities.
- Provide updates to relevant stakeholders on operational progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Support the service and professional development of team members by offering guidance and feedback.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in operations, process coordination, or a related role is advantageous.
