JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assisting in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  2. Assisting with new hire paperwork and documentation.
  3. Maintaining and updating employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  4. Supporting the planning and coordination of training sessions.
  5. Assisting in benefits enrolment and documentation.
  6. Providing general administrative assistance to the HR team.
  7. Assisting in workplace health and safety.

 

Qualification

  1. Candidates for HR intern positions are enrolled in or have completed a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for HR interns, as they will be interacting with employees, candidates, and potentially assisting with documentation.
  3. An understanding of basic employment laws and regulations can be valuable, even at the intern level.
