Areas of Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing – Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Content Creation & Design – Develop visually appealing content, including social media posts, e-commerce visuals, and marketing materials.
- Brand Storytelling – Brainstorm and execute creative video ideas aligned with brand messaging and guidelines.
- Pre & Post-Production Tasks – Plan, script, storyboard, and refine videos with captions, soundtracks, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Editing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Live & Event Support – Assist in photography, video shoots, and live-streaming for marketing events and promotions.
- Trend & Market Research – Stay updated with the latest video, design, and social media trends to create fresh and relevant content.
- Software Proficiency – Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Photoshop, and other editing tools to produce high-quality visuals.
- Quality Control & Brand Consistency – Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all platforms.
- Performance Optimization – Adapt content for different digital platforms, ensuring videos and graphics meet best practices for reach and engagement.
- Feedback Integration – Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and enhance content before final publication.
- Project Management – Oversee content creation from ideation to execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Packaging & Print Design – Support product branding with creative packaging and promotional designs.
- Live Social Media Engagement – Plan and support live social media sessions, enhancing audience interaction and brand presence.
- Additional Responsibilities – Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualification:
1. Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Creative Multimedia/Mass Communication or equivalent.
2. At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Proactive in managing workload and getting the necessary information to successfully deliver high-quality performance.
4. Resourceful and works independently with minimal supervision.
5. An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
6. Flexible and engaging writing style.
7. Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
