JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Production Planning: Develop production schedules based on sales forecast, inventory levels and Production capacity. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely production and delivery products.

2.Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods. Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.

3.Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging components.

4.Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

5.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Implement efficiency improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.

6. Data Analysis: Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPI) to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and present findings to management.

7.Cross-functional collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand demand forecasts and customer requirements. Adjust production plans accordingly to meet market demands.

8. Handling contingency scenarios, facilitating last-minute customer requests and adapting to delayed material arrivals.

9. To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATION:

Academic Requirement:ย Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Working Experience : Proven working experience as a Operation Planner not less than 3 years with excellent knowledge of production planning & quality control.

Skill:

1.Computer Literature, Good Analytical, Proficiency in Production Planning and scheduling software such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system

will be an added advantage.

2.Familiar with Manufacturing Software function such as, production order, transfer order & purchase order will be an added advantage.
