Job description

Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems and policies in line with RBA standards.

2. Ensure transparent and ethical financial practices are adhered to at all levels of the organization.

3. Manage and oversee financial transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

4. Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

5. Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with RBA standards and applicable regulations.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial decisions align with RBA ethical guidelines.

7. Manage supplier relationships and assess their financial practices in accordance with RBA requirements.

8. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

9. Lead the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.

10. Stay updated on industry financial trends and RBA standard updates to ensure compliance.

Qualification:

1. Bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred.

3. Minimum of 7 years of finance management experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.

4. Thorough knowledge of RBA standards and ethical financial practices.

5. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

6. Proficiency in financial software and systems.

7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

8. Ability to handle financial audits and assessments.
