JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Coordinate and manage event preparation, including administrative and operational needs.

2. Work with creative or project supervision, exercising judgment within defined procedures and objectives.

3. Work with internal departments and personnel to coordinate associated deliverables and functions.

4. Act as a liaison to outside guests and advisors.

5. Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays, and reporting to the manager.

6. Plan event details and aspects, including venue preparation, dining, transportation (vehicles & drivers), dรฉcor, equipment, marketing & presentation materials, accommodations, and services inside the event area.

7. Manage events and address potential problems that may arise.

8. Have problem-solving skills and determination to overcome challenges and ensure that events meet management expectations.

9. Assist with the setup, execution, and clean-up of an event.

10. Be an excellent communicator in professional and business settings.

11. Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.

12. Be proficient in computers, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

13. Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

14. Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as a liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

2. Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

3. Energetic personality with a can-do attitude.

4. Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment.

5. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behavior necessary to provide superior service to each other, to our advisors, and guests.

6. Ability to handle pressure and make good decisions quickly.

7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.

8. Good communication skills in Hindi is essential.

9. Familiar with live streaming in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information.

11. Flexibility for domestic or international travel when needed.

12. Possess a valid Malaysia driving license.
