JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Perform inspection of incoming raw material ensure within standard requirements.
2. Liaise with suppliers regarding incoming raw materials issues.
3. Issue CPAR to suppliers for non-conformance incoming raw materials.
4. Responsible to follow up on CPAR from suppliers.
5. Conduct lab testing for in process mixing to ensure filling paint meet requirements before release to production.
6. Work with R&D for new formulation or products development.
7. Set up new standards for new products and new formulation.
8. Create and maintain documentation associated with the process.
9. Study for new testing to improve process accuracy.
10. Maintain equipment and testing tools in good condition.
11. Conduct training plan for QA inspector and ensure proper execution to improve QC personnel efficiency.
12. BOM checked and update.
13. Involve with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001: 2015 procedure, documentation, and audit.
14. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
15. Color matching development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess Degree in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience in paint industry or relevant chemical industry is an advantage.
3. Experience and knowledge in QMS ISO9001 and ISO14001 and statistical skills will be added advantage.
4. No Color Blindness.
